How it's priced

By the load, not by the hour

Junk removal pricing comes down to volume: how much room your stuff takes up in the truck or trailer. A single couch or refrigerator is our smallest pickup. A garage corner or a partial basement is a half load. A full truck is a whole room's worth of furniture, boxes and bags. Labor, fuel, disposal fees and tax are all inside the number we quote you.

A few things cost extra no matter the volume, because the county charges us to get rid of them: tires, mattresses, appliances with freon, TVs and electronics. We tell you that before we load, not after.

If the pile is still growing — a remodel, a roof tear-off, a long weekend of purging — a driveway dumpster rental is usually cheaper than repeat pickups. If the whole property has to be emptied, that's a cleanout or trash out, priced as one project.

What we haul

If you can point at it, we can take it

Single items, awkward items, heavy items and everything you'd rather not put in your own vehicle.

  1. 01

    Furniture & couch removal

Sectionals, sleeper sofas, recliners, dressers, dining sets, office furniture and anything else too heavy for two people and a pickup. We carry it out of the room it's in — upstairs, basement or third-floor walk-up.

  2. 02

    Appliance removal

Refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, water heaters and furnaces. Metal gets routed to a scrap yard instead of a landfill wherever we can.

  3. 03

    Mattress & box spring disposal

One mattress or a truckload from a rental turnover. Mattresses can't be crushed with regular trash in most Cuyahoga County communities, so we take them to a facility that accepts them.

  4. 04

Hot tubs, sheds & above-ground pools

Demolition and haul-away in one visit. We cut the tub or shed down on site, protect the surrounding lawn and patio, and leave a clean pad behind.

  5. 05

    Construction & remodel debris

Drywall, trim, cabinets, flooring, decking, fencing, roofing tear-off and lumber scrap. If the pile is still growing, a driveway dumpster is usually the cheaper answer.

  6. 06

    Yard waste & brush

Storm limbs, brush piles, old landscaping, dirt and sod from a project. Overgrown lots are handled on our landscaping side.

  7. 07

    Garage, basement & attic piles

The corner that's been accumulating for years — boxes, bags, tires, paint cans, tools, bikes, exercise equipment and holiday bins. You point, we load.

  8. 08

    Hoarding cleanup

Handled quietly, without judgment, and at a pace the household can live with. We sort for keepsakes and paperwork before anything leaves.

  9. 09

    Curbside & tree-lawn pickup

Already dragged it to the curb and the city won't take it? Text a photo and we'll price a straight pickup — often the cheapest option we offer.

Yes — we take these

Furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, TVs, carpet, hot tubs, sheds, above-ground pools, exercise equipment, tires, scrap metal, construction debris, yard waste, garbage backlog, boxes and bags of household clutter.

No — these need a specialist

Hazardous waste, wet paint and solvents, motor oil, fuel and propane tanks, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, and anything requiring an abatement license. Ask us and we'll point you to the right Cuyahoga County drop-off.

Common questions

Junk removal questions

How much does junk removal cost in Cleveland?
We price by how much space the load takes in the truck, not by the hour. Single items like a couch or a refrigerator are our lowest-priced pickups; a partial truckload sits in the middle; a full truck of mixed household junk is the top of the range. Labor, dump fees and taxes are included in the number we quote, so the price you're told is the price you pay.
Do you take just one item?
Yes. One couch, one mattress, one hot tub or one appliance is a normal job for us. Text a photo to 216-855-2146 and you'll usually get a price back the same day.
How fast can you pick up?
Most junk removal jobs in Greater Cleveland are scheduled within the same week, and we can often fit a small pickup in within a day or two depending on where it falls on the route.
What won't you take?
We can't haul hazardous waste, wet paint, solvents, asbestos, medical waste, propane tanks or fuel. Tires, mattresses, freon appliances and electronics are all fine, but they carry special disposal fees, so tell us up front and we'll build them into the quote.
Do I need to move anything to the curb?
No. Full-service loading is the whole point — we go into the basement, garage, attic or unit and carry it out ourselves. If it's already at the curb, say so and the price usually drops.
Is junk removal the same as a cleanout?
They overlap but they aren't the same job. Junk removal is a defined pile or a handful of items. A cleanout, also called a trash out, empties an entire property — every room, closet, garage and yard — and takes more crew, more disposal and a plan for the whole structure.
