What to know before delivery
- 01
What can go in
Household junk and furniture, appliances, remodel and demolition debris, drywall, lumber, flooring, cabinetry, roofing, yard waste, brush and general trash. Tell us the material mix and we'll size the container so you're not paying for empty space.
- 02
What can't go in
No paint, fuel, oil, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, propane tanks, batteries, medical waste or full liquid containers. Tires, mattresses, refrigerant appliances and electronics are usually fine but carry a separate disposal fee — we'll quote it up front instead of surprising you on the invoice.
- 03
How pricing works
One price covers delivery, the rental period, pickup and disposal up to an included weight allowance. The variables are size, how long you keep it, and how heavy the load is — concrete, dirt, shingles and wet debris weigh far more than household junk. Overage is quoted by the ton before you commit.
- 04
Placement & driveway protection
Every container goes down on plywood to protect asphalt and concrete, and we plan the drop so you keep access to the garage where possible. We need roughly 60 feet of straight clearance and no low branches or wires. If the driveway won't work, we'll look at the street or the lot and handle placement requirements with the city.
- 05
Rental periods & swaps
Standard rentals run about a week, with daily extensions if the project runs long. Filling faster than expected? We'll swap for an empty container and keep the job moving instead of making you stop.
- 06
Don't want to load it yourself?
That's a cleanout, not a rental — our crew does the carrying, loading, sweeping and hauling. Many customers combine both: a container on the driveway for the DIY portion and our crew for the heavy items.

Common questions
Dumpster rental FAQ
How much does a dumpster rental cost in Cleveland?
Most residential rentals run about $325 to $775 depending on size, how long you keep it and how heavy the load is. A 10 yard starts around $325, a 15 yard around $375, a 20 yard around $425 and a 30 yard around $575. That price includes delivery, the rental period, pickup, driveway protection and disposal up to an included weight allowance — heavy material like concrete, dirt and shingles is quoted by the ton before delivery.
Do I need a permit for a dumpster?
Not if it sits on your own driveway, which is where most of ours go. If the container has to be placed on the street, the community typically requires a right-of-way permit — we'll tell you which city needs one and work with you on the placement.
What size dumpster do I need?
Most home projects fit a 15 or 20 yard box. A 10 yard is right for a single room or heavy material like concrete. A 30 yard is for full-property cleanouts or commercial jobs. Tell us what you're tossing and we'll size it for you.
How soon can you deliver a dumpster?
Same-day or next-day delivery is common in Cleveland, Parma, Strongsville and North Royalton. Calling before 10am usually locks in the next truck out.
Can the dumpster sit in my driveway?
Yes. We place plywood under the container to protect the concrete or asphalt. We need about 60 feet of straight driveway clearance and no low wires or branches.
Do you rent dumpsters for just one day?
Absolutely. One-day drop-and-pickup is available and often used for storm debris, roof jobs or small demo projects. You only pay for the rental you need.
What's the heaviest material I can put in?
Concrete, dirt, brick, shingles and tile can be loaded in a 10 or 15 yard container. Heavy loads have separate weight pricing, so we quote those jobs before delivery.
