Everyone gets the same service

Our commitment

The Clean Out Kings LLC serves homeowners, landlords, property managers, realtors and banks across Greater Cleveland. We want our website to work for everyone, including people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or use a keyboard, switch, screen reader or other assistive technology.

Standards we follow

We build and review this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the benchmark used in most website accessibility cases — and we aim to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What we check for

• Text and buttons with contrast strong enough to read in ordinary light;
• Every page reachable by keyboard, with a “skip to main content” link up top;
• Labels and instructions on every form field, including our estimate and contact forms;
• Clear descriptions for images and icons that carry meaning;
• Pages that reflow and stay usable on phones, tablets and small laptop screens;
• Text that can be enlarged without anything disappearing or overlapping.

Known limitations

Some pages may still fall short of the standard, and automated checks can’t catch everything. We review this site regularly and fix problems as we find them.

Found a problem? Tell us

If any part of this site is difficult to use, or you’d rather book a service another way, reach out and we’ll help right away. We answer the phone ourselves, and we can take your order, send a quote and schedule the work without you needing the website at all.
