Who we are
Local, insured, and hands-on
The Clean Out Kings LLC is a licensed and insured Cleveland-based property services company, completing timely, quality work across Northeast Ohio since 2010. We started with cleanouts and trash outs — emptying houses, garages, basements and storage units — and grew into the services our customers kept asking for next: a dumpster on the driveway, the grass cut while the property sat empty, the lot plowed in January, the back door secured after a break-in.
Today we work for homeowners and families going through moves, downsizing and estate settlements, and for the professionals who deal with property every day: realtors, investors, landlords, property managers, storage facility operators, banks and asset managers.
We're small enough that you talk to the people doing the work, and equipped enough to empty a full house, drop a roll-off container, mow a commercial property and plow a lot in the same week.
Call the cell at 216-855-2146 or the office at 216-632-3368. Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm.
How we work
What you can count on
We show up
The single most common thing customers tell us is that we answered the phone and arrived when we said we would. That's the whole business — everything else is trucks and labor.
Real prices, quoted by the job
You get a number for the work in front of us, including disposal. No hourly meter running while you watch, no invoice that doesn't match the conversation.
Treated like royalty
Our motto isn’t decoration. Whether it’s a single mattress or a full estate, you get the same respect, the same care around your property, and the same clean finish.
One crew, every season
Cleanouts and dumpsters year round, grass and landscaping in summer, plowing and salting in winter. Our customers keep one number in their phone.
